Returns & Exchanges

• Orders shipped outside Turkey are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• For orders within Turkey, returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase (excluding sale items). After this period, your order will be processed for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order, as we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved in accordance with our store policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
